This assembly is a computational engineering design. Added electromechanical and service details improve packaging and communication but do not convert unqualified hardware assumptions into experimentally demonstrated performance.
The 7 kg modeled configuration, 80 mm physical / 76 mm usable actuator travel, joint centers, analytical mass properties and 101.77 Hz nominal minimum remain unchanged. No physical prototype or experimentally verified precision performance is claimed. The original 10 kg configuration did not meet the frequency requirement.
The added-detail check covered 66 distinct poses, including home, archived critical witnesses and workspace corners. It recorded 100 pair findings: 30 positive-volume overlaps, 18 surface contacts and 52 conservative clearance-screen shortfalls. Most overlaps involve illustrative upper-joint retention or bearing-housing fasteners. No service-tail finding was detected at those sampled poses; this does not qualify a production harness.
The original frozen-geometry clearance study remains separate. The decorated assembly is not collision-free, manufacturing-ready or a physically demonstrated machine. CAD volume must not be used to replace the frozen analytical mass ledger.
Drag to rotate, shift-drag or right-drag to pan, and scroll or use +/โ to zoom. Select an actuator for inspection. Explosion and cutaway are display tools; they do not change the engineering model. Orange tubes show service exit directions, not a production harness.
The detailed model contains 351 named members and 126 shared meshes. The browser requires WebGL 2. The download is the same presentation GLB, in metres with glTF Y-up coordinates.
